Built Triton Partners communication function from the ground up together with Triton Head of Communication. We created, implemented, and delivered external communication strategy and operations, internal communications, crisis communication from an owner’s perspective, change management, digital transformation, and other stakeholder management. Delivered numerous communications projects and digital projects, including website relaunch, O365 based intranet, and MARCOM Diagnostic. Coordinated with 15+ agencies across multiple geographies and specialties. Advised Triton portfolio companies on how to leverage MARCOM to protect and create value over the Triton ownership process- some topics included: crisis communication (strategies & tactics), branding/rebranding, change management, corporate communication, compliance & GDPR, new & social media, internal communications & intranets, website relaunch. Played a role in communication throughout the fund life cycle: pre-fundraise, fundraise to fund closure, and across investment strategies including private equity, smaller mid-cap private equity, credit and public equity.Executed communication for various transactions including, IPOs, acquisitions, bond issues, and divestments from the buy- and sell-side. Worked closely with ESG function to communicate ESG initiatives.

Acting as a Regional Field Director I: organized and executed the “Get Out the Vote” operation. I marketed the campaign operation and strategy to stakeholders and built, trained, and empowered volunteer teams and local campaigns. It also required me to forge mutual relationships with stake-holding organizations and utilize data.
