What Is Your Money Mindset?I grew up fortunate for a number of reasons. I have loving, supportive family members who are there for me. Though I grew up financially struggling and wanting more for myself and family. However, growing up in New York City as children, my sisters and I often walked to Yankee Stadium- we rooted for the New York Yankees and New York Giants. Cheering for the “home team” was a unifying factor that brought together various ethnicities and income levels. No matter how or where you grew up, we all want to do better and want more for our “home team”- our loved ones.These are the obvious commonalities. But during my career as a financial consultant, helping people from all walks of life- take control of their financial futures, I’ve come to realize there’s something less tangible I’m fortunate to have picked up: a drive and money mentality that is leading me toward financial independence.
