A recent retiree as a Financial Center Banking Manager, I was responsible for managing a medium to large size retail consumer banking center. Leading, managing and coaching a team of 6 to 10 sales and service professionals to meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring operational excellence of the financial center and create excellent client experience. I acted as the 'general manager' and was responsible for executing the One Team model by ensuring collaboration between financial center teammates and on-site partner specialists. Ensuring client needs are met by observing financial center associates in action through the eyes of the clients. Supervising and coaching associates on proper execution of key priorities, conduct performance assessments and update associates on business developments. Managing all aspects of a successful business including resource management, operational excellence, managing partnerships, associate development and proficiency, building and retaining client relationships, while proactively identify and manage risk in every business, product, and service transaction leveraging the Risk Framework. I created workforce stability by cultivating an engaged and well balanced team. I have a successful winning proven record with 40 years of retail banking experience.
