The Skills Report identified the growth opportunity for the business and the subsequent training needs necessary to achieve their growth opportunity, including the recommendation for tailored training and recruitment solutions. In essence they ended up with a document that guided the development of their workforce, and provided them the information needed to apply to the Industry Skills Fund for a training grant.My qualifications, experience and expertise in customising training programs to meet organisational and learner need and providing quality training relevant to work practices ensured that I had the capabilities to develop tailored training solutions for businesses across all industry sectors.My role also included the promotion of the Industry Skills Fund (business development activities) and provided market and industry intelligence to the Federal Govt.
