  - Assisted senior research and development engineer in laboratory works and researches for new product and process development. - Involved in few researching projects assigned by senior engineer, worked independently with the guidance from senior. - Operate daily laboratory works to monitor raw materials from production line are working fine. - OJT trainings to understand job scopes of other departments and working principle of the processing lines, safety procedures in factory for better coordination. - Learnt root cause problem analysis and troubleshooting on the newly developed end-product. - Involved in mass trials for the newly-developed products / process.- Teamwork and collaboration, attentive to details in procedures and process, problem solving and analysis, time management
