CurrentOperations Officer/Program/Project Management Analyst Journeyman—CSS Support for the Naval Air Traffic Management Systems Program Office (PMA-213) Shore Air Traffic Management: Applies analytic techniques in support of program objectives. Collects, completes organizes and interprets data relating to project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.• Provides support to SHORE ATM DPMs and associated teams. • Coordinates the execution of complex data calls and tasks to meet required deadlines and tracked for closure. • Composes correspondence requiring some understanding of technical matters. • Reviews/routes outgoing correspondence and alerts writer to any conflicts with the file or departure from policies. • Assists with projects to include tracking of information in excel, preparing and editing correspondences and award letters, consolidating brief presentation materials, updating organizational charts and personnel recall data• Support meeting coordination with the capacity to coordinate unclassified/classified requirements.• Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.• Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. • Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.• Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.• Guides IPT in prioritizing workload and problem solving to complete emergent tasking and assignments. • Coordinates, routes and releases Naval Messages.• Responsible for tracking and processing travel arrangements via the Defense Travel System (DTS); itineraries, authorizations, and vouchers for PMA-213 program team members
