• Responsible for building successful relationships with 2 Local Authority clients to establish their recruitment requirements and then, following processes and procedures, ensure that these are filled according to the client's Service Level Agreement. Within this process, candidates are sourced either directly by Second Tier Partner Suppliers or from the Reed Specialist Recruitment network of offices and where relevant, third tier partner suppliers. Working in accordance with processes and procedures established by the client, I am accountable for ensuring that all of the administration and data management tasks associated with the effective management of an outsourced recruitment contract are completed to the established standard including:• Answering incoming calls from clients, the Reed Specialist Recruitment network of offices or second tier partner suppliers.• Assisting clients with the usage of bespoke systems.• Arranging interviews, communicating feedback, handling salary negotiations on behalf of a client.• Creating bookings on appropriate databases• Recording data on relevant systems and databases• Producing management information as required• Train RSR Consultants to use relevant systems that are essential to the recruitment process.• Hosting and attending various conference calls with high level clients.• Liaising with suppliers to obtain relevant CVs.• Working closely with account management to ensure a fluid process.• Completing Evaluation Of Service questionnaires and dealing with any issues which may arise.• Assisting the Team Manager/ Account Management team with high level issues and escalations.

• Responsible for a central team of 36 employees in the Attraction, Deployment and Exit of approximately 20,000 casual Royal Mail workers. I was responsible for setting up assessment days throughout England, Scotland, Wales and NI, liaising with Regional Coordinators to ensure locations and staff were arranged on behalf of the client.
