At Futures, our fundamental purpose is to empower people, businesses and communities to achieve more, and we do this through providing employment, education and training opportunities to the people who need our support. At the heart of it, we really care about helping people. We're all about passion, doing what's right, and making a positive impact on the people that we work with. Our roots have grown deep into the community - as a not-for-profit social enterprise, we were established in 1995 by Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire County councils, and we take immense pride in being a publicly owned organisation that is dedicated to the welfare of our customers and community. Whether it's through tailored one-on-one coaching, specialising training courses, or job placement assistance, we remain committed to supporting our customers to achieve long-term success in their careers.
