Delivering L3 Dip in Recruitment Practice Apprenticeships in and around the UK.My role includes working closely with the curriculum manager to create resources for classroom delivery and weekly webinars whilst supporting learners to achieve through regular face to face learning sessions and assessment support visits within the workplace. My role includes being able to:• Work as part of the delivery team to provide a high-quality and engaging learning experience whilst providing guidance, management and support for all learners with their e-portfolios• Prepare, agree and review assessment plans with learners to create portfolios to agreed standards and undertaking regular reviews• Prepare action plans and provide feedback on portfolio completion whilst recording all activities relating to learners training and assessments • Comply with and reinforce site health & safety policy procedures for Apprenticeship delivery whilst adhering to Safeguarding, EDI and the prevent duty• Engage and sign up new learners in line with agreed KPI’s

My role and duties evolved during my employment with Futures from delivering pre-traineeship and traineeship programmes to NEET learners to delivering Awards to adults 18+ using the Adult Education Budget in and around the East Midlands.Programmes included: Customer Service, Health & Safety, Administration and Sales and Employability Skills and included the use of e-learning modules. I worked closely with the curriculum manager and the IV to adhere to the awarding body guidelines and to meet OFSTED standards.Additional information available on request
