CurrentCurrent responsibilities include planning, managing, and coordinating IT projects. Ensure that each project is defined properly and completely for success, and that all stakeholders are engaged. Using work breakdown structures, estimating, and scheduling techniques, determine the complete work effort for the project, the proper sequence of the work activities, when the work will be accomplished and who will do the work, and how much the work will cost. Serve as the central point-of-contact for all oral and written project communication. Prepare project planning documents (such as the Stakeholder Plan, Scope Management Plan, and Risk Management Plan)which work as essential tools that help keep stakeholders on the same page and work as key components in managing project expectations and controlling project scope. Ensure that project objectives and milestones are met by monitoring and measuring progress regularly through scheduled meetings and other communications. Define, analyze, resolve, and monitor risk through the use of a risk management tool and regular meetings. Keep management and stakeholders informed of project status, problems, and accomplishments through periodic briefings and other communications.
