After a career of 35+years in TV Production, as a multi award-winning Executive Producer, with particular expertise in producing content for 0 - 16's.......I felt it was time for a change and some new challenges ! So I retrained as a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist (CBH) and set up my own company - Silverbrook Hypnotherapy (https://silverbrookhypnotherapy.co.uk) where I help people tackle their issues, find greater clarity and boost their self-confidence. CBH is proven to be very effective at helping people overcome a wide range of problems to achieve their goals and, as a Therapist, it's immensely rewarding to see my clients flourish and start living and loving the life they want! I was drawn to CBH because of it's a straight-forward approach and relatively quick process which can deliver long-lasting results. I have always enjoyed talking to a wide range of people and have a pragmatic and resourceful attitude towards problem-solving.
