I served as an Expert level Proposal Manager in HP’s Strategic Proposal Center. In this role, I led virtual teams and managed the development of large, complex proposals spanning multiple geographies for HP’s large Corporate, Enterprise, and State/Local Government opportunities.

I served as a Senior Business Analyst for ABC Financial’s proprietary software application and systems for Health Club membership management and payment systems. Using the Agile methodology, I worked with internal and external stakeholders and leadership to establish development roadmaps. I gathered client/user requirements, mapped business requirements into technical project specifications for product development projects, created project requirements and scope documents, worked closely with developers on new feature/function and user interface design and validated with stakeholders, participated in release testing efforts, led client beta training and testing, coordinated virtual training classes and product demonstrations, and participated in documentation efforts for product marketing materials, user manuals, and online help.In addition, I served as the Senior Business Analyst on a cross-functional team for the company's Human Resources group on a project to transition to a new HR system.

In this role, I was responsible for Acxiom’s program management and partner relationship with a third party Campaign Management company, while also maintaining Product Management responsibilities for one of Acxiom's proprietary products.

I owned the product vision, development roadmap, and management of the software development lifecycle for several of Acxiom’s proprietary applications and systems. In this role, I gathered business requirements from internal and external stakeholders, created project scope and product release documentation, worked with developers on new feature/function and UI design, performed functional and regression testing and led the user beta test process, developed training curriculum and facilitated internal and client training classes and workshops, led the user documentation efforts, provided product consulting and technical support to clients, completed RFP's/RFI's, developed marketing materials, and facilitated internal and external product demonstrations.

I led a technical product support team and provided second level (expert) support and consulting for the majority of Acxiom Corporation’s proprietary software tools and systems.
