Security Administration and Configuration for Workday application

Support Continuous Improvement and change management for ERP Implementation of Workday. Project Manager for Workday HCM Implementation ensuring new technologies meet product owner's requirements, coordinating communications between team leads and program management.

-Designs, develops, enhances, debugs, and implements reports using Crystal Reports and Business Objects. -Researches, tests, builds, and coordinates the conversion and/or integration of new reports based on client requirements-Troubleshoots production problems related to reports -Consults with project teams and end users to identify reporting requirements-Resolves problems with reports and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements- Provides training on reports and report features-Leads and/or participates in Business Process Reviews and process improvement activities, mapping process flows and collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to ascertain root causes of error, variance, and waste

-Provided support for 50 field treasurers, processed wire transfers, US$ payments, reviewed monthly financial reports and assisedt in budget preparation.-Assisted in the development of a computerized field accounting system (FAS)-Trained treasurers in IMB accounting policy and in the use of the FAS program-Coordinated signature authority on our US$ bank account for 150 field treasurers-Worked with the Secretary of Commonwealth, US Department of State and foreign embassies to provide powers of attorney for field treasurers-Performed yearly audits on eight to twenty sets of field books-Managed home office fixed assets (assigned costs to assets and balanced capital accounts)-Assumed the responsibilities of manager in her absence
