I started my 17+ year career at Payroc supporting the outdoor sales offices and managing the sales support department. My product and industry knowledge allow me to identify merchant needs, educating them on pricing, terminals, and changes in technology. Currently as the Director of VIP Sales for the Inside Sales division, I continue to build the merchant base while managing 8 sales reps and 18,000 customers. I work with Payroc’s strategic partners – keeping them up to date on Bankcard and Industry changes while suggesting programs that help business owners manage their fifth largest expense – credit card processing.
