CurrentI was fast-tracked to Senior Clinical Coordinator III and continue to deliver key leadership to optimize the performance of the Rare Disease (Respiratory) program and all associated initiatives. As such, I spearhead engagement with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF) patients and caregivers to drive awareness, education and growth for the leading IPF solution Esbriet. Among my key contributions and achievements, I…✰Facilitated 1300+ patient and caregiver education sessions since 2016.✰Partner with area sales representatives to create/launch various initiatives and events to continually position Esbriet as solution of choice within competitive markets.✰Key role in a collaborative effort that significantly increased Esbriet market share within the San Diego VA from 23% in 2017 to over 65% by 2018. ✰Continue to present to and forge strategic partnerships with a wide range of stakeholders and groups such as:Advocacy support groups (Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation, Better Breathers), Interstitial Lung Disease centers, and Pulmonary Rehabilitation healthcare providers.✰Have been tapped by leadership to take on multiple expanded leadership roles including:Interim Field-Based Trainer (FBT) in 2018 before being made permanent FBT for the West Clinical Coordinator (CC) team in 2019;Experimental CC Lead to explore hosting education programs in underserved areas (CC led LPOPs); Interim Territory Manager (2018) for the West CC team while still serving as CC in the San Diego territory; The Sole CC Representative on the Alzheimer's Task Force (2018-2019), which opened up more opportunities for CCs to play a key role in future GNE Alzheimer's programs.✰Esbriet CC Representative (2017) for the National CC Committee. ✰Was honored with the West Coast "MVP" Award in 2018 and the Founder's Award in both 2016 and 2017.
