Allwrite provides publishing and marketing services to those wanting to make the best possible impression on their target market. We help authors to create, edit, design and promote their work. We also help business to research and develop an effective advertising and PR campaign.

Journalism: instructed a variety of journalism courses, including feature writing, editorial writing and advanced reporting; taught the principles and techniques of news writing and reporting, primarily for print media; trained students to write newsworthy, objective, ethical, clear, concise, clean copy; devised practical, hands-on activities to ensure interest and retention; and exposed students to the working world of journalism through field trips and speakers.Public Relations: Explored problem solving in public relations through the strategic planning process; case studies in public relations; and collaborative projects.Speech: Taught the principles of human communication, especially public speaking to heighten students’ competence as effective communicators, specifically as problem solver

Introduced students to the basic principles and techniques of news writing and reporting, primarily for print media as recommended by the Associated Press; taught the principles of effective public speaking with emphasis on preparation (audience analysis, research, outlining, etc.) and delivery; and increased students’ competence as a communicator, especially in large groups and audiences

Developed editorial strategy and content, including the magazine’s cover; coordinated editorial, art and production departments to ensure that the magazine is put out on time and in acceptable form; edited and proofread the magazine to ensure it was factually and grammatically correct; wrote main news and feature stories; interviewed and hired new editorial staff, including interns and free-lancers; and maintained highly respected, trusted relationships with contributing editors and writers. Served as the managing editor for The Atlanta Metro weekly magazine as well. Sometimes I still edit and write articles for the Atlanta Business Journal magazine.

Wrote feature articles, including entertainment, critical reviews and main news stories; designed layout and composed graphic enhancements for entertainment page; and acted as a copy editor for entire “Lifestyle” section

Directly assisted both the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in daily administrative operations, including, but not limited to, business correspondences, receivables and headcount roster. Achievements include automated and streamlined receivables process; created and designed computer-generated graphic presentations and reports and created innovative computer templates and wrote macros for standardized computer forms

Co-hosted 12-week children’s documentary titled “Keeping Kids On Track”; and interviewed prominent guests concerning youth enhancement.
