As a mindset and performance consultant, I use proven mind-body strategies to help athletes, coaches, and business professionals achieve peak performance and overall well-being. I am a former Division I Collegiate All-American who played for the U.S Women's National Lacrosse Team, a two-sport National Champion, a former Tennis Pro, a youth athletic coach, the founder of three successful companies and mother of four. My journey is unique. My process comes from my own authentic foundation. I feel fortunate to be able to take all the tools that I have learned from teachers & professionals and combine them with my real life experience so that I can help people restore and enhance their mental and physical performance.
