I co-founded and owned the Nor’Wester Café & Restaurant in Amberley. I took on responsibility as Restaurant Supervisor / Maitre ‘D, and looked after the administration, payroll and accounts. As a family team we established and grew the restaurant successfully. Together we built a fantastic team of excellent operators who supported us in our dream to provide consistently excellent and award-winning service for our valued customers. It was a huge and enjoyable challenge and I am very proud of what we all achieved as a dedicated group of talented individual working together to achieve common goals.
