As Rollout Manager on Valmet ERP Transformation project I headed ERP Rollout of one Valmet unit with 20 team members, including constant communication and reporting to multiple stakeholders and achieving successfully the milestones according to project schedule.ERP project was headed from Järvenpää, where experts from business, finance, IT, change management, HR and process and management expertise gathered from around the globe. Work included also co-operation with external consultants and IT experts.

On Group´s Treasury Front office, my responsibilities included:✔Handling FX risks in Group by concluding FX hedging and managing FX position on daily basis according IFRS standards ✔Supporting business units in identifying FX risks (already in negotiation phase) and in concrete, building simple FX tool for negotiation phase✔Liquidity management (incl. commercial papers, internal loans etc.) and cash forecasting using Trezone covering over 30 units ✔ Electricity hedging with external agent and renewing the electricity hedging process to match company´s needs better ✔ Running monthly netting procedure together with back office and financial services✔ Continuous training and education internally regarding FX risks and cash management✔ Long-term projects beside daily tasks, such as participating European cash management restructuring project (assistance in tendering phase until active hands-on implementation phase)

Electricity derivatives and emission trading back office tasks: month end closing activities, such fair valuation of deals, book keeping runs and entries, invoicing, covering security account. Interesting environment with close co-operation with controllers, governance, and IT. Summer Internship gave me a sparkle to conclude my master´s thesis among the Nordic electricity market.
