I juggle a variety of tasks to keep things running smoothly for our founder, Tom, and the entire Zearch team. My day-to-day responsibilities include project managing, organizing diaries, researching and compiling information on potential and current clients. I’m passionate about cultivating strong relationships with our clients and candidates, striving to provide them with a premium, 'white glove' customer experience that they don’t typically receive from recruitment firms.In addition to these tasks, I oversee the implementation of operational policies and procedures, manage finance and invoicing, and coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure alignment with our strategic goals. I also handle vendor relations, track key performance indicators, and contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.I was previously a Primary School teacher in a year 1 class in Lewes, East Sussex.When I am not working - You will catch me walking my Labrador x Collie, Sunny on the South Downs 🐕🚶‍♀️Baking 🎂 or down at Beach Box Sauna on Brighton Seafront 🏊‍♀️
