• Full Life Cycle Global Implementation, utilizing ASAP methodology to implement ECC 6.0 to shop floor of business units throughout Cargill, participating in 8 end to end implementations across unique business units, globally, working within 3 separate instances of ECC, and 2 instances of TM• Upgrade ECC 6.0 from EHP5 to EHP7, TM 8.0 to TM 9.1 (Technical upgrade only)• Perform detailed requirements gathering for individual business units by meeting with super users, subject matter experts and leaders to understand business needs vs. wants, and to model business processes in SAP development and testing environments• Identify gaps in global template, and translate business requirements into functional design specifications for development work and configuration changes necessary to support business process, while minimizing unnecessary customization and uniqueness• Define test scenarios and perform test execution for various deliverables including functional design, component and product testing. Assist end users with User Acceptance Testing and Business Simulation• Develop training materials, and providing classroom instruction to super users. Mentor and support super users as they train end users to ensure site readiness prior to implementation• Lead and plan configuration changes for Operations teams – Plan to Produce, Quality Management and Material Management• Work with offshore teams to provide work instruction while helping to manage their workload and prioritize tasks• Lead and plan cutover activities for Operations teams including Manufacturing (PLTP), Material Management (MGMS), Quality Management (QM), Transportation Management (TM)• Ensure data readiness prior to data loads. Data objects include BOM's, condition records, material master settings, production versions, recipes, resources, and TM related data objects• Provide Tier III support once production support issues have been escalated by Tier II support• Lead Enhancement projects

• Lead and implement global initiatives at site level to ensure successful implementation of new projects, modules, enhancements, and releases• Perform cross-functional impact assessment of proposed system changes. Perform regression analysis and testing to ensure existing functionality is not adversely impacted• Shape processes for inventory reduction by using existing SAP Kanban functionality to drive Just In Time business practices, to allow for factory space to be used for manufacturing instead of storage• Partner with planning, procurement and logistics execution teams to provide support with planning and procurement issues, including inventory management, and MRP issues• Lead SAP 4.7 upgrade for site• Champion cost savings efforts and improvements using existing SAP functionality• Mentor junior analysts• Develop new reports and tools to track and monitor Business Performance Metrics • Provide on-site support for manufacturing sites, and act as escalation point to resolve issues exceeding super user expertise.
