Key tasks:• Client account management from concept through to completion including budget development & management• Developing Strategic Marketing Plans for clients• Hosting Strategic Marketing Workshops for clients• Supporting the Director with Business Development opportunities and introduction of new clients• High level digital marketing and campaign management – social media channels, e-news, websites• Development of the RSM Academy brand and training program• Head trainer of RSM Academy Workshops• Provide leadership and direction to team members • Regular meetings with clients and reporting • Management of photo and video content shoots • Promotional briefs for marketing campaigns including media buy• Management of public relations activity • Event management and coordinationKey skills to deliver the above include:• Strong focus on strategic marketing and managing client campaigns• Budget development and implementation• Leadership to team members and client stakeholders• Advanced Social Media skills (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Spotify etc)• Advanced digital knowledge (e-news, SEO, Google Analytics)• Strong understanding of the Marketing and PR functions including in-depth digital marketing knowledge• Organised and able to meet multiple deadlines simultaneously• Excellent verbal and written communication • Advanced content writing skills• Highly experienced in Event Management• Experience in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
