• Train organizations on a nationally recognized, clinical best practice outcome measurement tool, Daily Living Activities (DLA-20), preparing organizations for outcome based care and reimbursement.• Lead community behavioral health organizations through a rapid cycle change process using a PDSA format to align with payment and service delivery models with an emphasis on data analysis, costing, same day access, no show management, and centralized scheduling.• Assist organizations in developing performance measurements for staff, coaching for change management, improving productivity for direct care staff, and developing continuous quality improvement processes including utilization review/management.• Provide consultation to organizations on health reform and integrated care readiness with a focus on operational and clinical strategies to implement an integrated care delivery model and prepare clinical teams to operate in integrated care settings.
