Accurately read and understand all detailed drawings, welded/ bolted connections in many fields such as steel structure buildings, bridges, post, grating floors, mesh, balustrade, handrail, ...- Understanding scope of work (SOW). - Doing material take-offs from structural drawings, architectural drawings, specification documents.- Liaising with suppliers to get quote for some special items.- Providing Markup drawing. - Inputting the detail descriptions for all steel members, steel processing cost ( cutting, drilling, welding, bending, coating...), testing cost, fixing cost... to get final budget cost for project.- Indicating all Inclusion/ Exclusion items in drawing to the Letter of offer with wording transparency.- Working closely with Sale to review all quotes before submitting it to customer.

- To find new customers and builders (contractors, consultants, and fabricators). To source new clients from my personal networks, webs and media research to identify potential customers and approach them for building relationship and get project’s information. To travel to the markets to investigate, set up meeting and discuss for further cooperation. - Interpretation of construction drawings, engineering drawings and specifications. Scope of works provision and quotation reconciliation. - Preparing preliminary budgets. Review and evaluation of cost estimates. Completing BOQs and documentation for tenders. - Variation costings and managing the variation process. - Evaluation of cost estimates. - Project types: Warehouses, Factories, Bridge, Commercial buildings. - System: Bidcontender, EstimatorOne.
