I feel that safety should be approached differently. We are all human beings, and we all deserve to be treated as such! We all have different: Starting points * Intended journeys * Struggles along the way * Successes along the way * Goals along the way * Side journeys along the way * Joys * Sorrows * Ideas of what makes "it" worth it * End goals...We all need someone different to show up for us!I am here to show up! I am here to be present! I am here to teach and train and console and comfort and help in any way that I can! I am here to prove that we are NOT all created equally, and the title "Safety Manager" shouldn't be feared or loathed, or avoided in any way at all! I am a human being as well; I have lived a life and I understand that each person is going through something different and are going to need something equally as different from me...that is just the nature of what I do. None of us fit into the same box, so why do we expect a one-size-fits-all approach to work?!I am here to rebrand the world of safety! Safety isn’t meant to be cool…it never was. Safety is SEXY! We have to change our minds and our attitudes about the way we look at workplace safety people! And it starts right here!
