- Deliver a consistent and high level of service to all members, customers and stakeholders- Fulfil membership sales and customer enquiries through all sales channels, including inbound and outbound communication- Answer inbound communication in a timely and pleasant manner, capturing and recording the premise of each contact - Follow all Club policies and procedures for Membership, Ticketing and Customer Operations - Multi-tasking between inbound customer service calls and email enquiries either responding or resolving all inquiries within a timely manner (mostly COB). - Data Processing of membership renewals, new applications, membership cards and other membership or ticketing requirements- Collaborating with other staff members and departments with administrative tasks- Source and capture all individual prospect details and ensure they receive prompt follow up information- Reception duty – welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant personnel, co-ordinating staff and customer couriers - Participate in membership campaigns that identify customer needs, up-sell products, retain existing and acquire new members- Outbound calling for membership renewals, dining payments, special events, dietary requirements - Deliver memberships sales, acquisition and retention campaigns - Training and On-boarding new Contract Employees - Raceday face-to-face customer service – handling membership and general race day enquiries

- Demonstrate or explain products, methods, or services to persuade customers to purchase products or use services- Supervise, motivate & train staff, according to company policies as required- Manage the activities of workers engaged in receiving, storing and shipping products- Suggest specific product purchases to meet customers' needs and requirements- Keep areas coordinated while working and return items to correct locations following Demonstrations- Plan and implement shop merchandising, layout and customer traffic flow for customer satisfaction in appearance and image.- Work as part of a team to accommodate large crowds especially during peak periods- Place prices or descriptive signs on backdrops, fixtures, merchandise, rotate window displays, interior display areas, or signage to reflect changes in inventory or promotion
