My position was to create ‘as is’ process maps in the approved BPM notation. After sign off from Senior Management they are then published in the company's internal database for regulator's audit purpose.Responsibilities included:* Coordinated work schedule of process mapping activities, QA, sign off and publishing into database.* Organised meeting and documented minutes for distribution * Created weekly progress report on percentage of work completed for projects undertaken.* Facilitated stakeholder’s engagement to ensure documented processes are accurate and meets compliance regulations * Identified issues and documented into the Risk Register with ownership of resolution* Monitored and analysis of database usage and reported on KPIs
