- Perform monthly closing of accounts, intercompany billings or balances and bank reconciliations, including payments and issuance of invoices. - Preparation for tax filing , including corporate tax, GST filing and withholding tax submissions.- Maintain audit schedules and liaise with auditors.- Prepare annual financial statements.- Liaise with tax agent and corporate secretarial agent.- Complete surveys required by regulations.- Assist with pre-openings of properties within the group.- Assist with internal audits of properties with the group.- Handle any other Finance related projects as may be assigned by management.

Assist the GM in all finance and accounting matters of the company as well as reports submitted by the group of companies;Assist the GM in submitting all the reports on a timely basis;Assist the GM in the integration of each business units reportsAssist the GM in the formulation of reporting standards for the company and the group;Assist the GM in measuring and evaluating the performance of the company and the group;Assist the GM in analyzing all the reports as per requirement.Assist the GM in the preparation, formulation of policy and proceduresAssist the GM in summarizing all the data/s to be included in the consolidation of reportsAssist in the budget monitoring of variance/s of each business units;Assist in the taxation requirements of the company in Singapore/Hongkong.Liaise with tax authorities or IRAS, bank personnel and auditors for other issues related to finance matters of the companyOther ad hoc accounting/finance tasks that will be given by the manager from time to time.

Responsible for Revenue Audit - Perform daily audit checks in accordance with internal control guidelines. - Prepares daily and monthly revenue - Reconcile daily settlement with system records - Ensure accuracy of services charge and GST on daily basis. - Ensure revenues and statistics were reported correctly at month end. - Analyze departmental revenue - Perform monthly reconciliation of relevant balance sheet items - Back up duties of General Cashier- Balancing daily Credit card transactions- Clear off credit card payment in the systems- Send invoices to vendors- Handling daily AR & Non-AR checklist- Post received payment into system- Handling Government E-Invoices - follow up long due payment
