I was appointed the Head of BPO - Business Support & Operations in Ascentis and my key portfolio includes overseeing day-to-day operations of this unit that specialises in providing outsourcing services to our clients - ranging from customer service, creative development and support, business processing to email marketing.During this period, I had the opportunity to work with portfolios such as FJ Benjamin, Food Junction, Frasers Singapore, Changi General Hospital, Parkway Hospitals, Sushi Tei, MUJI, Minor Food Group, Lo & Behold Group and Guardian Health & Beauty.I was also tasked with a secondary portfolio of overseeing the revamp of Ascentis CRM - Matrix CRM Version 2.0 and took part in setting the function requirements of the system. I was involved in the preparation and requirements gathering of the CRM as well as seeing through the foundation build of the loyalty platform - from POS integration, Members Management, Communications Management, Report Builder to a Content Management System.

As a Web Solutions Architect and Team Lead, I'd worked with a team of Application Engineers who were responsible for both bespoke project development as well as Ascentis CRM Suite of Products Development. I had to plan, manage resources and collaborate closely with the Project Management team to ensure timely delivery of the projects. Key clients and portfolios that I had worked on includes NTUC Membership, NTUC Club and Downtown East, Cathay Cineplex, FJ Benjamin Group, Minor Food Group, Life Brandz and St James Power Station.

As I was also trained in interactive and creative conceptualisation, I was also responsible for the front end UI development of applications that I was tasked to work on.
