I design and implement the music curriculum for grades 1 and 2 in the Dorchester division of Boston City Singers, a non profit choral organization. Through engaging activities, folk songs, and part singing, I foster healthy singing and fundamental music skills that will help them advance in the program. I also teach in local schools as a part of Boston City Singers' outreach grant. In 2014 I taught 4th and 5th grade choir at Mother Caroline Academy, and this year, I am teaching music class for grades 1-5 at Jackson Mann Community Center after school program.
