Over the last 20 years I have been fortunate to gain a wealth of experience in the administrative field and beyond. Working in the legal arena for five of those years, Commonwealth Theatre Center for 15 years, and Thorntons corporate for two, I have maintained a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all matters as well as a comfortability in front of large audiences, and experience with data management . Given my current experience as the front of house manager at The Mayan Cafe, and past experience in the non-profit industry, for over a decade I have an immense appreciation and dedication to customer service. I strive to always put my best self forward and approach every situation with a positive attitude and genuine concern for others. I pride myself on attention to detail which is a valuable skill when it comes to safety measures in the restaurant and with providing an excellent experience for guests. In my capacity as the front of house manager, I have gained the skills necessary to work accurately, efficiently and comfortably with large sums of money and reporting end of day reports on our POS system. I enjoy working with a wide variety of people and am a multitasker, diligent self-starter and eager team player. This is evident as I work with staff to keep morale up, schedule FOH staff, and provide support on various duties conducted within the restaurant. I feel confident that my experience along with my enthusiasm, dedication and ability to adapt quickly in any work environment will be an asset to any company.
