E6 Hook-Up and Commissioning Project (On-going)Offshore Experience:Experienced in offshore hook-up execution – Junior Field Engineer (F23-F14/F29 2014 HUC Project):Expedited one of the workpack execution activities that were declining in progress percentage. - Coordinated with onshore Operations and Manning departments, Offshore Construction Superintendent, Client Site Representatives, Offshore Project Leads and Project Material Coordinators to ensure that necessary manpower and equipment are available and readied at site for execution of the project according to proposed planning. - Discussed with and supervised offshore mechanical inspectors, painting inspectors, rigging supervisors and other relevant supervisors on the daily targeted activities to be executed onsite to catch up with the work progress.Experienced in offshore field workscoping (F23 TMM 2015 Campaign):- Verified site condition against Inspection Reports and AFC drawings.- Assisted Draughtsman to take site measurements.- Analysed site condition for any constraints that may be an issue during execution.- Verified and marked-up positive isolation drawings and habitat hotwork location.

- Prepare and manage Supplier Drawing and Document List; equipment, valve and instrument lists & datasheets.- Appointed as HAZOP secretary for the project.- Assist Project Manager with procurement and delivery of plant and equipment for site activities.- Assist Project Manager with obtaining quotations from suppliers.- Prepare, distribute and file Purchase Orders and process invoices.- Prepare and obtain the necessary documentation required for a new vendor to be set up on the purchasing system.- Manage document control between Client, Design team and Suppliers. This includes revision control, sending of documents, receiving of documents and filling (hardcopy and electronic).- Ensure design changes are reviewed, approved, recorded, maintained and communicated to all relevant parties.- Manage the timely and accurate delivery of material certificates and other Quality Assurance documentation.Involved in the delivery of the following project:1.
