My role as a Project Consultant was to provide IT input into a major outsourcing. This included poviding the IT requirements, evaluation criteria, liaising with the Business and 3rd party Service Providers. I was also a member of the evaluation team and co-ordinated the IT review and evaluation of the Service Provider responses, participated in the Service Provider walkthroughs and provided feedback on presentations and the responses

My role was to put into place governance processes and procedures to establish the framework for reporting, issues, risk and change management.

Scheduling Projects projects which had major business process change requirements to current manual processes. Liaison with 3rd party vendors, managed a whole of business review on requirements and readiness for a scheduling and mobility solution Managed a request for proposal for the provision of services to input a scheduling and mobility solution.
