I empower aspiring individuals, teams and organizations who seek to maximize their potential and influence through coaching and consulting services. I am passionate about what I do, and love helping Millennials, and those aspiring to engage and develop Millennials in their organization, maximize their potential and realize their goals. I also specialize in personal transition management, and leadership coaching. The work I do is authentic, individualized, and data-driven, and I take pride in partnering with individuals and organizations committed to dreaming big, thinking creatively, and taking risks in order to reach their goals.

I select, train and supervise the undergraduate Residential Life staff and volunteer leadership teams, as well as manage operational functions in my residence hall. I provide services directly to students such as personal and disciplinary coaching and counseling, as well as developmental, cultural, spiritual, and educational programming. I also coordinate administrative operations and maintain liaison relationships with other Student Affairs and Campus Life Offices. Conduct the overall administration, planning and management of the residence hall system. Other skills performed include public speaking, event planning, leadership curriculum development, conflict-resolution and mediation training, facilitated community involvement and service projects for students.

I taught 9th & 10th grade English, mentored student leaders, conflict management, inter-departmental collaboration, assistant varsity volleyball coach.

Collaborated in the high school's restructuring of the English department; created and developed curriculum for six different classes in the English department; academic advising; mentored students; taught English, created and developed high school communications and courses, Assistant Varsity Basketball coach; collaborated and co-taught with teachers in other subject areas.
