Associate Manager
CurrentProgram Management:- Develop, implement, and manage global mobility policies and programs that align with organizational goals and comply with international laws and regulations.- Review and enhance global mobility processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and employee experience.Employee Relocation and Assignment Management:- Oversee the end-to-end relocation process for employees, including visa and immigration applications, relocation logistics, and acclimatization support.- Manage international assignments, including assignment letters, compensation packages, and benefits administration.Compliance and Risk Management:- Ensure compliance with immigration laws, tax regulations, and employment laws in host countries.- Work with legal and tax advisors to address compliance issues and mitigate risks associated with global mobility.Stakeholder Collaboration:- Collaborate with HR, finance, legal, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of mobility programs.- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, managers, and external partners regarding global mobility issues.Vendor Management:- Select and manage relationships with relocation service providers, immigration consultants, and other external partners.- Negotiate service contracts and monitor vendor performance to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness.Employee Support and Communication:- Provide guidance and support to employees on relocation processes, cultural adjustments, and any challenges they may face during international assignments.- Facilitate pre-assignment briefings, orientation programs, and repatriation support.Budget Management:- Develop and manage the global mobility budget, including relocation expenses, allowances, and compensation adjustments.- Monitor and control costs associated with global mobility programs.
