In this role I manage a team of immensely talented marketeers and together we deliver the CRM activities for buzzbingo.com. We are constantly adding new tools and channels to our plans and there's nothing we love more than insights, A/B testing and really terrible puns.

During my time in the retail team I planned and delivered CRM campaigns to support national promotions and admissions driving activities through channels including email, direct mail and SMS. I also worked on the CRM plan for the rebranding of over 120 clubs in the space of four weeks at the same time as launching buzzbingo.com with only two of us in the team - stressful, but rewarding!

After originally joining the company as the Administrator following graduation, I was promoted over the course of five years to the role of Marketing Manager at Nottingham BID. During my time at the BID I have had the opportunity to deliver city wide campaigns and events including Nottingham Fashion Week as well as delivering the It's in Nottingham consumer brand. This role covered a wide range of channels including CRM, social media, affiliate marketing, out of home, TV, radio and print.
