In my spare time, I manage my own website to inform visitors of the latest news in the video game industry.I produce, host, edit, upload videos and do live broadcasts for my own site and YouTube channel, along with a podcast on a regular basis.I have extensive experience with operating digital video cameras and editing with Adobe Premiere and Photoshop. Worked full time as a social media manager and online community manager for Stephen H Smiths Garden Centre.Using all the latest forms of mainstream social media, I was able to monitor and promote news, products, sales/offers and other content, and helped to drive traffic to the main website.I continually measured the performance of the social media networks and websites and produced detailed reports to the management team, together with recommendations on improvements.I was also responsible for the reputation management by responding to customer service issues across the social media channels.
