As a Recruitment Co-Ordinator at Accent Group Limited, I recruit for Senior Retail Management and Support Office roles across all 18 Accent Group brands. My portfolio focuses on New Zealand, Queensland, Western Australia and the Northern Territory.

As an Integration Support Teacher I utilized my degree in Psychology to assist children (ages 5-17) diagnosed with hearing impairment ranging from mild to profound; mental illness and / or intellectual disability. I provided direct support to children and teachers in a range of schooling activities, both one-on-one, in the classroom and on school related outings, in addition supporting and enhancing teacher education and support across the wider school community.

Beginning as a casual stylist in 2015, I was promoted to 2IC of Chadstone and Melbourne Central before becoming Flagship Store Manager. Day to day I managed a staff of up to 20, oversaw all store operations whilst maintaining company high KPI's. In this role I was tasked with the turnover of under performing stores, including induction training and retraining of managers to boost state wide results.
