RocketBlocks is an online platform that helps candidates prepare for interviews across management consulting, product management, product marketing management, and data analytics. As an advisor, I provide guidance on vertical strategy, design and growth.

Our team is responsible for creating new consumer experiences for Nike's best partner retailers, spanning digital commerce and in-store services. My particular focus was on creating strategies and experiences specifically for our female consumers, focusing on sports bras, tights and holistic wellness.

Brought on as a founding team member of the US-based UX/UI team for NIO, a Chinese automaker building an electric, autonomous vehicle. My role was to define a strategy and roadmap for vehicle services enabled by autonomy - or, how the interior vehicle experience should connect to the outside world in a car that gets better and better at driving itself.Our team conducted user research, created a 3-5 year product strategy, and designed consumer-facing experiences ranging from the fundamentals of car ownership (including a low/no-touch repair service) to future experiences for autonomous driving (how you might be able to provision dinner from the vehicle and update the navigation to pick up ingredients on the way home).

Led frog San Francisco studio's strategy team and practice. In this role, I managed and staffed our team of 9, sold a few million dollars worth of projects to new clients, oversaw team projects across telco, SaaS and healthcare, and ate a lot of kale salads from Darwin Cafe, the best lunch spot in SOMA.

Project lead for cross-disciplinary teams developing new products and services. Major projects included a deep consumer study and consequent technical product roadmap and ops strategy for a retail brand in the era of Amazon, partnering with a genetics company to create a new consumer product and value proposition from scratch, and creating a concept car story and UX for a major auto manufacturer preparing for public debut in 2020.

As a senior strategist, I worked alongside designers and engineers to conduct user research, extract insights and create new product and service businesses for Fortune 500 companies.

Continuum is a global innovation firm most famous for designing the Swiffer for Proctor & Gamble in 1994. My project work focused on creating an AI-assisted UX for BBVA, one of the largest banks in LatAm, and building a product and service offering for Samsung centered around a novel touch technology.

Product Specialists represent customer interests across core product teams at Google and work across functions to serve users better, from designing features with engineering to creating sales enablement assets to prioritizing product roadmaps.Major projects included Google Ad Planner, the first significant launch integrating Google and DoubleClick technologies post the 2007 DoubleClick acquisition, and AdWords Editor, a desktop client for advertisers that enabled bulk uploading and editing. Our small but nimble AdWords Editor team won an EMG Award (second highest award at Google) for our work.
