Technical Designer for Adidas (Baby, Infant Child, Youth) : Boys & Girls - 3D Browswear, VStitcher, Lotta- Work with design team to develop initial specs for each new season in PLM- Uphold fit protocol and standards for multiple categories to ensure products meet or exceed all requirements-Generate, update, and complete the spec packages from development through to final approval-Collaborate with the Global Standard Block development to maximize correct interpretation and accurate use of blocks by silhouette by gender.-Initiate development specs for each prototype with defined sketches, block reference, grade rules, construction, and measurement details to create accurate-Prepare & attend fit sessions, measuring and preparing fit samples.-Execute fit comments, measurements/grading modifications, or construction changes in atimely manner to guarantee on-time production and deliveries- Retain advanced knowledge of product development process including patternmaking, construction, fabric, cost relation, and manufacturing.-Adhere to production calendar
