I focus my work on Medicare and Medicaid Secondary Payer compliance involving liability, no-fault and workers’ compensation insurance matters. I am a Medicare Set-Aside Certified Consultant (MSCC). I also I present at conferences locally and nationally on issues related to MSP compliance. I am admitted to practice law in the State Courts of Minnesota and to the United States District Court, District of Minnesota. I am co-chair of the Policy and Legislative committee at the National Alliance of Medicare Set-Aside Professionals.
