Responsible for developing, planning and implementing a comprehensive annual giving program that will increase participation and financial support from alumni, parents, friends, faculty, staff and other constituents in support of Mansfield Foundation’s Annual Fund. Assists with overseeing all annual fundraising programs including: managing a targeted, multi-approach direct mail program, a pro-active personal solicitation program, administering a calling program and incorporating electronic requests for gifts. Responsible for oversight of the phonathon program. Supports the development and distribution of legacy brochures, reply cards and associated mailing materials. Assists in the establishment of relationships with potential planned gift donors. Supports the Foundation by overseeing and implementing project plans for cultivating, soliciting and stewardship of the various constituencies while serving as the primary resource for the Foundation's fundraising database and implements data entry, data integrity, reporting and donor research.

Responsible for coordinating several aspects of the publication design and layout operations including person-to-person contact with commercial printers regarding the techincal aspects of various different publications; provide support to the news media; coordinate several aspects of maintenance of databases for Media Relations, Communications, and Publications; coordinating the media credential request process and the accompanying background checks for those media representatives interested in attending the annual Little League World Series; coordinate the media center operations and assist in developing the schedule for the media center staff; maintain print files and clip files; coordinate and monitor all aspects of the company's social media aspects; and provide general information to the media.

Responsible for advertising requests from branches; place advertising with newspapers and radio stations; maintain internet/intranet sites; coordinate conferences and luncheons; research advertising with media outlets; build/maintain media calendar; plan fund raisers and community reinvestment programs; compile monthly Management reports; record invoices; balance monthly budget; coordinate top customer events; work with ad agency and vendors to meet deadlines; manage promotional direct mail campaigns; plan/organize distribution of promotional items for campaigns; assist with conversion and acquisitions; supply locations with marketing materials; develop ads for the trust/investment department; work with broker/dealer for approval on ads; maintain training task lists; organize training sessions; submit state education grant information; maintain education logs; help develop the internship program; assist in design/implementation of honors program.

Assisted in creating feature stories for the company website; provided coverage at the media information desk in the media center; assisted local, national and international media with finding information and special requests.
