Directly managed a number of integration workstreams and supported IT PMO for a $2B acquisition for a financial h/w & s/w firm. Successfully merged Customer Master, SalesForce, HR, Marketing and other business systems w/in 1st year of acquisition. Specific responsibilities included managing CIO reporting, monthly Integration Management Office updates and regular meetings with broader business systems app teams.Supported the CIO of a bulk liquid storage firm with the carve out of this group from parent company. Prepared workstreams, assisted in hiring rest of the project management team and overall program management. Supported HR, Legal, Tax and IT systems separation/migration. Also initiated RFI for ERP replacement.Assisted w/ the merger and integration of one organization into another for an Entertainment & Media company. Drafted various job descriptions and detailed how the roles would interact with other team members. Responsible for the discovery and documentation of processes for the Production Finance Team, mapping information flows as well as opportunities for improvement. Performed a security review for the LatAm systems that included, but wasn’t limited to, physical access, access controls, vulnerability scans, system patching, testing, and documentation. Created an action plan to close the gaps to the new policies. Managed conversion plan for launch of a pilot application. Worked closely with the business and technology teams to transform manually intensive data conversion into automated global conversion process. Data validation was incorporated into conversion process to ensure quality. Worked with cross-functional team, prioritized efforts, maintained focus on solutions, outcomes and execution and built valuable relationships with the client.
