Responsible for all financial and regulatory reporting at this investment banking boutique/broker dealer. Prepared all commission payouts to retail and institutional brokers. Managed and administered the firms employee benefit programs and performed all payroll functions. Maintianed banking relationships and acted as the firm liasion to the clearing broker.

Managed a staff of 5 and was responsible for all management reporting, regulatory reporting, accounts payable, trading p&l, cash management, international reporting (London format for parent company), prepared all tax workpapers and estimated tax deposits, coordinated audits of taxing authorites (income, sales & use, occupancy), prepared annual audited.

Responsible for daily trading p&l and subsequent month end close. Performed payroll tax deposits and reconciliations for several states.Responsible for preparing all regulatory reports including securities haircuts, weekly 15c3-3 calculation, net capital calculation. Worked on numerous special projects and reports.
