• Facilitated a partnership among eight organizations to provide social, mental health, and enrichment programs to a Title 1 school in Tampa, FL. • Analyzed and collected data from five community agencies to create a Needs Assessment of the University Area that was used as the basis for strategic planning sessions for the Community School. • Supervised three employees providing social and mental health services for students and parents. • Initiated a community-wide service day in partnership with the school and county government which over 400 students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community members participated in service at 5 sites.

• Organized a mini-conference for 75 adult learners from South Florida focused on GED computer skills, family literacy, financial literacy, using the library, and persistence in school. Coordinated marketing, website promotion, and resource development for literacy organizations and providers in Florida.• Managed AmeriCorps* VISTA grant where I recruited and supervised seven full-time national service members and site supervisors at six community based organizations.
