Following an extended part-time, international journey as a fitness teacher in countries including South Africa, Namibia and the Netherlands, I fell in love with Les Mills RPM (indoor group cycling). I commenced teaching this program in 2010 at Genesis/Edge, now Hype Currumbin. Due to injury I sadly had to let go of this path. Now a qualified Level 2 Yoga Teacher, I am also certified in Intermediate Pilates Matwork, Les Mills Body Pump, Les Mills RPM (AIM 2), Strong by Zumba, freelance Aerobic Dance & Step, and intuitive Balinese massage.
