Good Eggs, an online grocery, is a mission-driven company that aims to grow and sustain local food systems worldwide. As the Marketing Lead for the Bay Area, I managed national acquisition campaigns, targeted partnership strategies and local PR initiatives from concept to ROI analysis.I developed engaging content to improve conversion rates across email (35k), video and social. As a strategist, copywriter, and creative stylist, I also managed the national Instagram account (26k) and targeted social media activity. Additionally, I was responsible for collaborating with local influencers, like-minded brands and bloggers to help amplify each campaign.As a Brand Evangelist and liaison for the 100+ SF Bay team, I kept our Food Hub informed and excited around how we're growing the Good Eggs community and ultimately, how we're building a better food system.

Comrade is a strategy and design agency that creates web and mobile products people love to use. I co-led and managed marketing and new business activities, partnering with the design and leadership teams to effectively tell their story, communicate their expertise and share their thinking across every brand touch point.To raise Comrade's profile, my responsibilities included:• developing and executing a growth and communications strategy across social media, email, targeted events and conferences, sponsorships and PR initiatives • driving the production and distribution of proposals, case studies and thought leadership• co-designing internal Business Development processes to effectively collaborate and co-create winning proposals • managing an agile team to continuously improve newly redesigned website• leading internal communications to generate excitement around marketing and new business activity

As an Account Executive, I assisted Comrade's Client Partner on a range of projects, working along side Program Managers, Visual & UX designers, Development and clients to ensure seamless collaboration and execution across deliverables, workshops and presentations.I also helped foster internal creativity and development by designing a company off-site on Service Design at Harley Farms. The event included a guest speaker on Biomimicry, a science that looks to nature for inspiration on how to solve human problems – sustainably.

The Institute for Large Scale Innovation (ILSI) is a NGO whose mission is to help define, coordinate and drive the innovation agendas of regions, nations, and the global system. I assisted the founder, John Kao, with on-going initiatives to develop and redefine an ILSI strategy portfolio, website, and brand position. I also managed ILSI's website, as both a public and private platform, to support ILSI’s community of international leaders and the 2012 ILSI Summit in Abu Dhabi.

I performed research, writing, and curatorial work for Collection Project 4: Selections from Alumni Collections. I also assisted with the organization and installation of the spring Senior Studio Thesis exhibition, assembling label copy information and designing invitations. Upon graduation, I participated in a panel discussion on Museum Internships.

I worked directly with a primary advertising sales executive, assembling media kits and updating contact information for Gallery Guide.

I collaborated with the American Decorative Arts Department at Yale University to independently construct protective covers for furniture upholstery. I also assisted the Object Conservator in cleaning, consolidation, and toning of frames, furniture and sculpture. I provided administrative support entering treatment reports and attaching accompanying photo documentation into a museum database (TMS). I enjoyed working closely with art handlers and conservators in the preservation, study, and presentation of Yale's collections.
