Providing virtual and on-site assistance to Tessitura members for installing and upgrading the Tessitura application including the database, client files, SOAP and REST services, and associated server components.Performing data mapping and conversions into Tessitura from multiple and varied data sources, including Enta, ProVenue, Raisers Edge, Centaman, PatronBase, Bocs and SABO.Providing all levels of training (one-to-one, group and lab-style learning) in TSQL, SQL Server Administration, SQL Server Reporting Services and the REST API at the global Tessitura Learning and Community conference in the USA, the Australia & New Zealand Regional Conference, as well as other conferences, on-site visits and on-line training. Providing accurate and prompt troubleshooting assistance to users for the breadth of the Tessitura software, platform and services to cover the areas of the hosted environment, hosted web products, ticketing, fundraising, customer relationship management, online transactions and business intelligence tools

Primary IT manager of the Tessitura software within the organisation. Leading responsibility to ensure the optimum performance, integrity and security of the database, and fulfilment and support of on-going upgrades, enhancements, automation and integrations. Providing advice and solutions to Executives on system capabilities to improve efficiency, service and analysis. Working closely with the Head of Information Systems, developing emergency operational practices and documenting disaster recovery procedures. Collaborate with other departments to identify strategic and operational needs. Provide other IT administration duties including maintenance of networks, servers and security programs and systems, and day to day department troubleshooting and tasks.

Primary liaison for the Tessitura software across the organisation - covering Box Office, Marketing, Finance, Customer Relations, Tours & Retail, Education, Catering and Fundraising. Providing a leading role in the integration of Tessitura in 2004, addressing all set up, training, documentation and support to initial primary departmental users and 60+ sales staff. Working with all departments on an ongoing basis with recommendations on forthcoming features and solutions to ensure optimum use of the system through sales, reports, analysis and marketing. Documenting organisation procedural recommendations and management of feedback and issues
