Adrianne Zimmerman, who also goes by Annie, is currently licensed as a real estate professional in both Pennsylvania and Georgia. She primarily works as the team lead of Housing Habits with the Annie Zimmerman Team at Iron Valley Real Estate in Lancaster, Pa. Her responsibilities include managing the team, as well as performing most of the scheduling, customer follow up and communications. The Annie Zimmerman Team started as the Mindy Zimmerman Team when she and her mom started working together in 2013. Annie brought her years of experience in sales and customer service, as well as creative background to the team, while Mindy brought her business expertise and people skills from her many years as a trainer in the Pharmaceutical industry. The team quickly took off, with several other agents (including family members and even two past clients) joining the team.In 2021, Mindy handed the team lead responsibilities over to Annie. Today, Housing Habits with the Annie Zimmerman Team specializes in 55+ buyers and sellers in Lancaster, Lebanon, and Berks County, Pa, although they work with customers of all ages and backgrounds. After living in Lancaster County, Pa most of her life, Annie decided to purchase a second home in Atlanta, Ga to take advantage of better weather and living in a large city that she had vacationed at often and grown very fond of. She quickly learned that she could live the best of both worlds and live in Atlanta, but continue to work remotely in PA! After moving to Atlanta full time, Annie gained her Georgia real estate license as well and works in the City of Atlanta with Haven Real Estate. She loves helping family and friends purchase and sell in this great city that she has chosen to call home. Annie lives just outside of East Atlanta Village and manages a homestead- owning goats, chickens, and a beehive, in addition to two dogs and two cats, and attempting to farm produce (that's a work in progress). She also works as a volunteer, and is training to be a licensed wildlife rehabber, at Wild Nest Bird Rescue in Decatur, Ga. She loves working with animals and giving back to the environment and community by caring for and learning about local wildlife. Annie is also a graduate of Tyler School of Art, Temple University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography. She also takes on side projects and makes art from time to time, including environmental installations, event photography, tie dying, and more!
