Customer Success Manager
CurrentAs a Customer Success Manager at Optimizely (ex Episerver) I focus on customer satisfaction, retention and identifying opportunities to expand our relationship with both customers and partners. My book of business (has varied between 40-90 accounts) includes several of the largest Finnish companies. I serve customers in Finnish, Swedish and English. Together with colleagues from various Optimizely departments I consult customers and partners to leverage the best of Optimizely's solutions. I do outreach, analyze data, present compelling insights and develop action plans to achieve desired goals. I also support building a Finnish customer community (advocacy) and contribute in several internal Nordic and Global development projects.What is Optimizely?Our Optimizely One platform supports the entire marketing lifecycle.
